Works As Expected
Product arrived undamaged and in good working order. Placed a thermometer strip inside unit and both the strip temp and the product temp are the same. Relatively small and lightweight. Handle at the top of unit is handy. The mute switch at the back of the unit does not appear to function as a mute switch. It seems to function more as a low-and-high setting for the fan inside. The higher setting is noticeable but nothing i would consider loud. The low setting is quieter but still noticeable. Overall, the sound the fan makes isn't very loud at all on either setting. Inside temperature is well maintained and the unit/heating element/fan turns on every couple of minutes for about 15 seconds at a time (my room is a bit chilly now in the wintertime, don't know how often it will turn on in the summertime). I would have given this product 5 stars, but there is no button/capability to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit systems. Additionally, it would have been nice if there were a button to turn on/off the unit's lights (on/off, up/down, temp). That said, these lights make for a pretty good night light in my room.

Dead on arrival
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this and it arrived defective, won't power on at all. Worse part is the support from Vevor is horrible. Their reps tell you they'll open a ticket, ask you for pictures and videos but they don't create a ticket.Called customer service was told the same and they too didn't open a ticket. I've spent 10 days trying to get a defective unit replaced all for them to tell me and I quote."our technicians want you to try plugging it in to your car."Who in their right mind would order an incubator to have in their car? What's more, calling their customer service is an exercise in futility because you get the message that they're experiencing high call volume and can't take your call.Worse customer service ever!
