Enjoyable to eat and work!
After being advised that I would need to take multi vitamins for the rest of my life and finding that the vitamins prescribed by my doctor made me feel sick. I decided to give these gummies a go - not only do they taste fantastic, but I think that they are gear value for money - so much so that I now have them on subscription. Whilst I am no expert on the vitamin context, I do know that at my 6 month blood check the doctor advised me ‘to keep doing what I was doing as my bloods looked great’. Easy to chew and swallow, with a great taste, highly recommended.

So glad I found these!
The smell of B vitamins in most multivitamin supplements makes me gag and I could no longer force myself to even open the bottles, let alone swallow a tablet. These gummies are fantastic! No artificial flavour taste, they're just like chewing a sweet, such a pleasant change and worth the extra expense.

As described
Product is as described. Been taking them for a few days now. They are around the size of a Rowntrees fruit pastille sweet. Taste is ok but bits can get stuck in your teeth which is annoying.Instructions do not advise whether or not to eat them with a meal but I always do since it's generally better for absorption.Haven't taken them long enough to feel any significant positive effects but can confirm no adverse effects.Would recommend if you hate taking pills.
