Since I began drinking half a bottle of Equinox each day I have seen a radical improvement in my digestion! I no longer get heartburn or acid reflux, and I no longer have any need to swallow PPI's every day. I'm incredibly grateful for this, as proton pump inhibitor medication has been linked to some very serious long term side effects. I no longer need to buy probiotic pills, as the Kombucha feeds me all the live friendly probiotic bacteria I need. So the combined savings on pills mostly pays for the cost of these bottles!This raspberry and elderflower tastes really good, and I like the fact that it isn't as sweet as some of there Equinox flavours. I see that some reviewers have complained of a vinegar-like taste. This is a natural feature of Kombucha, and only slight, and will increase as the bacteria count increases, so more = more healthy, and I'm in favour of that.The first box I ordered was smashed in transit but Amazon replaced it without fuss. Transit damage is in no way the fault of Equinox themselves and it would be grossly unfair of me to blame them for it in a product review. Neither would it be fair of me to complain about the use of plastic bubble wrap, which is added by Amazon not Equinox. Bottle.... Surely there is a better way of sending twenty bottles than this?!The taste, well unfortunately it's not brilliant, it reminds me of when I first tried Kombucha in America and didn't like it....
