Not all what it seems
The so called intelligent counting display is non existent, instead there is a sticker which says pelvic muscle trainer

Excellent quality, non slip and ideal even for those of us with mobility issues.
These bands are so well made, i am impressed. They don't slip at all, i had the purple one on my thighs doing side walking (take a side step, feet together, another step, feet together then step the other way) plus gentle lunges and the bands did not slip down once even though i had leggings on which felt silky to touch.They take up little room so will be great to pop into your handbag for a 5 minute tone up at work, on holiday or if staying at a friends. There is no need for any other equipment to use these bands and they washable too.A leaflet is enclosed to give ideas how to use but i recommend a quick look on youtube for a wider variety of exercise ideas. You can even use them if you are wheelchair bound or have mobility issues, sat down you can use any one of the bands for toning your arms and even your legs. Sitting down loop the purple band over your foot so that it rests on the underside of your foot, hold the other end with one or both hands and gently move your leg at the knee up and down. This helps strengthen your knee area (a physiotherapist taught me this years ago). Another is have the purple band in the same position over your foot and hold again with one or both hands and move your foot backwards and forwards, so you're pointing your toe away from you and then bring the foot back to your base position. This helps with your calf muscles. Gentle exercises like this are no impact so don't jolt your joints at all and can be done a few times a day for just a minute or two.These bands allow almost everyone to do a bit of muscle toning, just please take it slow at first as it may seem easy to do but muscles that aren't used to this type of physio/toning can become tight and sore quickly so please build up the time spent doing them and how often you do them.I think the resistance strengths are the wrong way around in the listing photos because the green one is the shortest and is harder to stretch than the purple one, so in my mind that makes the resistance weight pull heavier. As i am not an expert on resistance bands though i may be wrong.The bands are well worth the £14.99 that they are at the moment and should last for many years.

Great resistant bands.
I have been using these resistant bands and I can say that they are a really good quality and great design and that you can really feel it after a workout.These bands comes in 3 different sizes large, medium and small to use all depending on what resistance and exercise you are doing. I would say start with small one and build your way up if are beginner. This help with your butt, legs and strength upper body and lower body.They are really comfortable and with the non slip strips stay in place. They also come with a neat little pouch to carry them in and for anyone who has not used bands before come with a little booklet of exercises to show you how to use it or just go online and there’s ton of videos.Definitely recommend these resistant bands for home workouts and gym.

A huge upgrade to latex ones
These were made for leg exercises and wrapping around the thigh. The rubber lining on the inside keeps these from slipping down the leg whilst exercising and the fabric is much more comfortable against the skin. There are three levels and all fit inside a carry bag which is bigger than the one shown in the picture.These are a great addition to any yoga or pilates session and help to increase the resistance to movements which will help build muscle. These are also suitable for the upper body as the loop measures about shoulder-width long.

They stay in place!
I was leery about buying thicker woven straps when I’m used to thin bands. However these exercise straps are comfortable and stay where they are suppose to, which is a must when exercising. They are thick & feel really well made. I really like the amount of resistance on each one, though, I do wish there was a fourth option in between the medium & short length straps. Also I was happy to see that they came with a storage bag & a pamphlet that showed different exercises you could do!

Great for legs and arms, tension settings easy to figure out and use. Comfortable fit while using.

Great value, and much better than rubber bands
I got these bands for my cousin’s home workouts, and she said it’s so much better than the rubber ones she used to have. The lining inside really makes it to stay in it’s place the whole time. And of course She love the colors!
