I absolutely love this! It brings back the nostalgic smell from South Korea. It's so great to know I can easily purchase these products here in the USA. In South Korea, this scent is often found in malls, department stores, hotels, and small shops. The smell is very luxurious and so comforting. Hetras products are truly the best! My children and my mom love Hetras too! Highly recommend!

The soap is great, scent is strong! But also such a great scent!!I wanted to give 4.5 stars but I’m not smart enough.

The pump is a little meh, the first pump always kinda half works but then the second is a rich foam.Could use a little re-working but otherwise love the London Musk scent. It is a little on the masculine side, but I don't mind that. Just something for people to be aware of. The scent is kinda a spicy old man cologne, spices and earthy tones, like clay almost. It smells very luxurious and while the scent is strong up front, it does dissipate pretty quickly so it doesn't overwhelm other scents a person might be wearing. It's a warm dark night scent and I really do enjoy it.Haven't tried the other scents but I might give them a shot when I'm done with these bottles.Overall a 10/10 luxury hand wash!

The smell is really good but the pump broke a couple days in and no longer foams.

This is a very nice and gentle foaming hand soap. It leaves your skin soft and clean without stripping moisture. I liked the fact that it did not dry out your hands even after many washes.The pump works great dispensing just the right amount. I only wish it came in a more variety of scents - it lasts longer than you would think!

The bottles look really good and have been working well - no issues with packaging or function of the dispenser. The bombshell scent is pretty subtle and pleasant. Slightly floral but mostly just smells like a typical mild soap and doesn't last long on my hands. It isn't very concentrated so if your hands are really dirty you'd probably need something stronger/more concentrated.
