Q: Only received the gold. Thought there were two, one silver and one gold. I messaged the seller and got no response

What a gip. I only got the gold. It was sold as a duo set silver and gold.

Q: Do I need a UV light for this?

No there is no UV light needed. It dries very fast as well. Shake the bottle to get the best effect.

Q: How scattered is the flake in the holo?

The flakes are very tiny and provides a fine "glitter." You can certainly do more than one coat of gold or alternate between gold and silver layers! I love it!!
