I bought this supplement because I saw a video about the MTHFR gene variants and had some of the same issues they mentioned in the video and the video stated that one of the issues w/ some variants is that some people can't utilize B12/B1(and others?) efficiently, because they can't process it well, and this version of the B vitamins is already processed (methylated), and ready for the body to use. Starting day two I have had significant increase in energy (stopped using caffeine), and not 'buzzy' energy either, I just feel like I have plenty of energy to do the things I want to do all day and have not taken a nap in over six weeks, nor felt like it. Other benefits have been significant mood improvement and sleeping much much better. It states to take it with food so I just get up and take it with a small banana or yogurt in the morning. Pill is small and easy to swallow and I don't find there is a taste when taking it. I don't know what typical benefits are (if any) for most people I can only report that I am very happy I started taking this supplement. Generally speaking people should talk with their doctor about their health concerns and questions.

Since taking the product, I have felt an increase in energy, and increase in mental awareness and also I've noticed that my hair and my nails have grown as well. I don't have as much indigestion as I did before either. This product helps to give my body a digestible form of folate, which is the building blocks on which everything else in your body works from.
