Great Machine!
This was a great buy! The machine was extremely easy to clean and we love that it was so compact. It didn’t take up a lot of counter space and gave us more space when hosting. Also kept cheese warm all night without burning it.

Bad pump
Replacement part (cheap plastic pump) pricing is outrageous. Do not buy, get one with a metal pump!

Disappointed
I was really looking forward to this for Nacho cheese. First I still can’t tell which is warm on the dial so I am constantly going back and forth. Second the pump is an absolute nightmare to clean and it still doesn’t get it all. But the rest cleans up well and once we get to a warm temperature level it does stay there.

GREAT item
Easy to use and to clean. We used it for Nacho cheese sauce at our football snack stand. the cheese heated up quickly and it was a huge hit!
