Pumpy pumpy.
Easily the worst tasting thing ever, but... and it's a big but! It's incredible, pump lasting the whole workout, and a strength endurance increase I've never had before, was still able to throw around weight despite being exhausted. For anyone who is limiting caffeine and wants that mental drive. It's absolutely unmatched.

Great product
Never bought anything other than protein before but gave this a whirl and felt great after my gym session. Got the lemon sherbet flavour, tastes good too!
