It’s too short a time to determine any benefit but the product mixes very well and has no flavor. Very nice and price is really good.

Worth it, but there's better stuff out there
After some research and trial with it, 2 scoops is the best for a full workout. Taste is fine, though very very sour (more than your normal "lemon-lime" drink). Also left my very dehydrated and found myself constantly drinking water. So sour you could probably empty a lemon directly into your mouth for the same effect.
So gross. It's technically "unflavored", so I'm assuming it's the intense acidity that makes it so sour. I could not use it, I had to return it. I've had the flavored version - I can't remember the flavor but I think it's apple or something, and I thought that was sour until I tasted this one. I figured, maybe the unflavored won't be as acidic because there will be fewer ingredients, etc. Nope.
