I like this product. I believe it meets my needs. I'm a senior female. It's true as we age, we do need to evaluate out skin's needs. We need to keep our skin clean.Believe or not, it's one of our sensory indicators, like our eyes, nose, ears and mouth. However, unlike these others it's exposed without much natural cover. So we need to protect it: Collegen, Retinol, moisture and Vitamins. These must be addressed! Otherwise, this very large sensory organ becomes damaged as we grow older: Fine lines, dark pigment changes, sagging and deep wrinkles. This product provides internal colleges. Between external moisturizers and other body enhancements may work, but you must do it constantly! Make it a regime, not am too tired or I'll do it tomorrow. I'm endorsing it based upon these commitments.

Bio Collagen by Activated You, made in USA. First time using this company who make a range of plant based products all supporting healthy aging. Co created by Dr Frank Lipman ( I have followed him for years) and spokesperson Maggie Q (actress). This brand takes a holistic approach to supplementing. Bio Collagen is a blend of collagen promoting ' highly bio available' ingredients. I was nervous about trying this because of the high biotin content at 8,500mg but desperate for help with hair loss I am trying this. This is an easy to take 2 cap dose, 30 day bottle - I take in evening with dinner. Note to drink or up your water content whilst taking this. Hair growth is a 3 - 4 month process so I cannot comment on if is making a difference yet, I would have to buy more to continue and update but I like this company's approach and so am giving them the benefit of the doubt right now. Update: I have finished this bottle and feel no difference in skin or hair, I do think one bottle is not enough, this is a longer term growth period. Did not expect anything but hoping for a teeny glimmer so I am switching to another collagen, a powder form at same price.

It didn’t do anything for me so I’m not going to buy it again!!!

I lost a ton of hair a couple years ago so I’ve been in the process of trying to grow it back. I’ve tried to quite a few hair regrowth products and have been able to pinpoint the ingredients that work for me. So far collagen, biotin and saw palmetto have been the winners (*personal experience so it may not be universal). This product in particular has GREAT ingredients including the ones I look for and it’s honestly more affordable than some of the mainstream supplements out there. The capsules are standard sized and go down easily - I haven’t experienced any digestive upset. The biotin dosage is a little high for me (I stick to 5,000 mcg otherwise I begin to breakout) so I’ve been taking one rather than two which makes the value even greater. I’d definitely recommend giving this a try!
