Replace Your Facial Steamer With This!
I bought this steamer for head spa treatments, and it worked so great that I tossed my esthetician’s facial steamer and only use this!!! Heats up faster, water lasts longer, has better/finer steam, you have better control of temperature and amount of steam and WAY BETTER CONTROL of where the steam can be placed or focused on the person. It also is more compact and takes up less space in the treatment room. I HIGHLY recommend it!I did use some electricians tape around the base where the tube is inserted to keep steam from escaping, but was an easy tweak.ALSO, the steamer doesn’t like to be on with 0 minutes displayed, or no time left on timer, and so if it’s acting weird, or saying “error” this is why. That’s the only issue I’ve had with it. I love this piece of equipment so much!!! ❤️

Hair spa
I have had this for over a year now and enjoy using it for “head spa” treatments in the salon. Had a few issues with it but the company is SO responsive and helped me every time. That is really rare these days, I am so thankful for the customer service.

Doesn't LAST
As much as I LOVE this steamer its stops working from 1-4 months . I have purchased 2 in less than a year. The 1st malfunctioned and stoped working 1.5 months in and the second , 4 month in . I followed the instructions & used the correct water and still ended up malfunctioning. It's very unfortunate how un reliable this. product is because when it does work it's fantastic. I would not buy again , big loss in money ,

Electrical shortage
I followed all instructions and product stopped working after 3 weeks. Money down the drain with no refund or exchange

It was great for the 3-6 months it worked.
I bought 2, one worked foe almost 6 months the second one lasted 3 months then stopped working. I only used distilled water in it. I always drained water out of it and not let it set.

Just Buy It
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a spa mist steamer, and it has completely transformed my clients’ experience! As a curly hair specialist living in a very dry and hot climate, hydration is key. This machine has been a game-changer, helping my clients’ hair retain moisture like never before. The difference in softness and curl definition is incredible.I did have a minor mishap with the initial machine I purchased, but their customer service was excellent—they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and quickly resolved the issue.The only downside is the steam caps. They have a smaller opening, which doesn’t fit most of my clients’ heads and hair, so I’ve only been able to use it at the bowl. But even with that limitation, the results are fantastic.
