2 x 4w LED Red Candle Light Bulb E14 Clear Glass

I've had these for a few hours and I am very happy with the bulbs so far. I feel these would be great for a night light when you just want to wind down in the evening and/or need a light left on if you don't want to sleep in pitch darkness. Previously, I was using fire glow type ones that were tinted a sort of amber colour which I wasn't really happy with and these stopped being sold on Amazon. I was sceptical as I thought these bulbs would be a really glaringly bright red but have been pleasantly impressed as the red colour is really chill and provides light enough to be able to see everything you need around he room and not knock into anything but dark enough to not keep me awake or be overstimulating. For some ideas of what that's like - family members say the bulb is like a photographer's room for developing photos!

Great bulbs the energy efficiency was the selling point for me at the price I was happy with them , I bought for an older style electric fire which because of the lack of energy saving red bulbs I was going to throw out or give it away but now its looking warm and lovely in my front room. Deffo buy again .

Good replacement bulb for electric fire

I purchased these for a rental property as the tenant had called to say the electric fire had stopped working. The bulbs that provide the glow had blown and taken the fuse with it. I couldn’t find any locally that were SES fitting so I tried Amazon and purchased these, a little more expensive than filament ones but hopefully will last longer and be cheaper to run being LED. Imcant really rate Longevity as they have only been in a week.

Used it in electric fire the red glow was very nice.

Put 2 of these bulbs in our dimplex fire and they fit perfectly!Colour of bulbs fitted inside the fire looks very pleasing.

I purchased a fire and surround from B&Q, but (quite inexplicably) they don't sell replacement bulbs for the fire display - red LED with a small edison screw fitting. The first time the bulb blew, I contacted the fire manufacturer who sent me two replacements, but didn't want to go down that route every time - so I was really delighted to find this product, that provides the lovely rich red glow I was looking for at a very reasonable price...
