I recently started taking L-Tyrosine 1,000mg per Serving, and I must say, it has made a noticeable difference in my daily life. This supplement has been a game-changer for me when it comes to improving memory, attention, and focus.But what really matters is the effectiveness of the product, and in that regard, I couldn't be happier. Since I started taking L-Tyrosine, I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to concentrate and stay focused throughout the day. It has also helped boost my memory, making it easier to recall important information when needed.

Works as intended.I take it on days where I really need to focus on tasks. When im doing schoolwork it gives me an immense level of focus that is noticeable but beware. If you take it do not be doing "nothing" or something mind numbing like simply scrolling tiktok or watching TV, because you'll waste the effects and be hyper focused on something you shouldn't be. Take it for those productive tasks you want to execute. It will help.It's not hard to swallow (for me at least) although the pills are a bit big. It doesn't do anything for my mood, for that I suggest l theanine, or magnesium glycinate and if you can, both together. Youll notice a very calming, mellow effect.Outside of focus I cannot say what this does as that's the only benefit I have been able to notice, but I am much more productive when I use this to help me with difficult tasks.After about 10-15 minutes I notice the effects kicking in and they help me a lot.Only reason I give 4/5 stars is because like others have mentioned, some of the capsules in the package were broken. This causes a powdery mess if you aren't careful when retrieving them, and will leave powder on your fingers after every dose.A more powerful version of this supplement would be n-acetyl l tyrosine. It is basically free form l tyrosine that works a bit faster and is absorbed better.Overall it's a good product at a good price which is under $10. For that price I don't mind the few inconveniences with packaging and annoying powder messes occasionally.

Love the product!! It definitely helps my cognitive health.

I have bought other brands of L-tyro, including the free form, and I have experienced great results from different brand products and with this product I don't feel anything at all. Terrible encapsulation quality as well.
