You get what you pay for - but it's still a bargain!
This is the 3rd reconditioned Lenovo thinkpad I've had. I bought it in a hurry, because the old one died, so I forgot to check whether it was compatible with my existing docking station and my old charger (it isn't), the battery is a bit unpredictable and the keyboard a bit tired, but it comes with windows, enough memory for me, and everything works well enough. For the price - just over £200 - a good laptop. Oh, and it arrived in record time. If you want lots of new and powerful stuff, this is definitely not for you, but for emails, browsing and streaming, it's perfectly adequate.

Not disappointed
Quick service. Laptop arrived well protected and on time. Described as excellent condition, I was not disappointed. Would recommend.

Excellent condition, great value
Absolutely fantastic laptop for the price. Only a couple of tiny marks on the body, which are barely noticeable. Keyboard is clean with no wear on the keys, trackpad works with no issues. The screen is perfect, no dead pixels. It is touchscreen as well which I was not expecting.Came pre-installed with Windows 11, easy to setup and get ready for use. Start up is quick and it's ready to use almost immediately. As a laptop for work/business its perfect.

Not as described and came with scratches all over the screen
Laptop works fine. However, screen is completely scratched and has 3 scratches as shown. This is not workable in this condition.

Excellent value. The refurbished machine is as good as new, easy to set up, fast for the price and has good battery life. The quality you'd expect from Lenovo

Great value and works great but beware maybe initial problems
Great value used laptop. All good but came with windows and disk problems which I had to fix eg re-install Windows/ fix disk corruptions. This is normally a £1000 laptop with touchscreen so v good value. It does the job well and even has touchscreen which was a bonus.

A shiny new computer in no time at all even if it did say Refurbished
arrived in under twenty four hours, well packaged and courier delivered.Appears unused and brand new. A brand I was familiar with so I had it up and running in no time .Loaded with Windows eleven, a first for me, and very easy to use.
