I have looked for a system that was connected together and X-Sense is the only one I could find with what I wanted.Basically I wanted a security, fire, and carbon monoxide system. What I got was more! My items are1-SBS50 base station5-XPOA-MR/SC07-MR combination smoke & CO alarms4-XS01-WX smoke alarms3-SWS51 water leak sensors3-SDS0A door/window sensors1-SMA51 smart mailbox alarm.All have been insialled for about 3 months now and I have not had any false alarms.I love the system so much I purchased 1 base station, 4 combination smoke & CO alarms, 4 smoke alarms, 2 door/window sensors, and 3 water leak sensors for my son's home which is 125 miles from my home. My app is linked to my son's app so we can see each others alarms and units.X-Sense continues to add new items to the system. I plan to add more door/window sensors for some windows that need protection in the future.PLUS: All the smoke & CO alarms sound when one goes off. Plus ALL units activate in the app for both locations. This is good if you are not home. Connects to your wifi. Batteries have a 10 year life span. Each unit was very very easy to add to the base station.NEGATIVE: I hope they will make a weather alert unit I can purchase and add to the system!!!!I DO RECOMMEND X-SENSE

Love them! It's a long story I bought these for my elderly father who fell asleep with some chicken on the stove top. Theres a lot of debate about what transpired next whether the alarms did not go off or he just slept through them but I decided we could not risk that happening again. We replaced his existing hard wired fire alarms since they were quite old and added these as a supplement so he would definitely have working fire alarms AND now CO detectors AND when any alarm goes off it will send an alert to his phone and several other family members so we can make sure everything ok. I also love that I can go on the app and even see the battery state of charge!I was so impressed I bought a few for myself as I run a wood stove and am not always right by it when it's running. House fires are incredibly dangerous and require an immediate response if you want to have any hope of putting them out before they get out of control. Since you may not always be home having text alerts could save your home or be life and death for a loved one or pet.One thing to note there are several different versions. These connect directly to his wireless router which is simple and fairly reliable. There are also versions that interconnect wirelessly through a base station. If I were going to do a whole house I would get the base station version since tripping any alarm will set off all the alarms whereas the wifi ones are not interconnected. For a supplement or in areas where you you may get false alarms like by a wood stove I think the independently operating units make more sense to reduce the false nuisance alarms.

Setup easy, simple and fast. Appears to be made very well, packaged well. App easy to install and use, have 4 combo detectors at one location and 3 at the other, So far so good, hope they work if a fire is present. Notifications to cell phone are quite fast.*Update 09/08/2025 first device has lost connection with wifi and will not reconnect to my router. have tryed all trouble shooting and nothing is working. removed and trying ro reconnect the device. lodged a ticket to replace the device, well see how this goes.

I gave you a review on the other one I bought these are great. They send alert to your phone. You can change the battery when it dies not like my last ones that you had to throw away and re-buy them. They’re easy to put up if you have to take them down, they’re easy to take down. You don’t have to Buy it real well to see if you get it in the right slot to make it locked in and when it goes off, you know it.

This was a replacement for my kids' room for an old school detector. I really like how easy it is to set up and control from app. You get Warrings right in the app for peace of mind. Quality is really good and perfect size to go on the wall or celling. Functions as intended.
