Good HCL but costly like other options
Its effective. However like all betaine HCL options, very very expensive. I switched to buying my own HCL powder in quanitity along with gelatin capsules and making my own HCL tablets. Much cheaper option.

Not so effective
Can't see the difference, after meal still got bloating and burping all the time.Can't say more try yourself may be it works for some.
