I had this in my cart forever, why did I wait? Don't be like me....buy it before you need it. Need to prop something really heavy up, big piece of furniture?...This is perfect. I think they are made to assist with mounting cabinets, but I used it to move my washer and dryer that were stuck to the floor. It would be perfect for the bottom piece of drywall, to hold it flush to the joint. I just wish I would have got the size larger or the one with the flat surface on the top and bottom so it could be even more useful. This one can also work as a clamp. It's really useful

Value, I’ve used them a couple times around the house already, and they seem to be strong enough and should hold up. They don’t seem as heavy duty as the DeWalt one that I purchased recently, but it’s also a fraction of the price with similar functionality.It’s a bit scary, releasing them one underload because there’s no micro adjustment and if you don’t brace the furniture, it will come crashing to the ground. So be careful to avoid injury or damage to products or to your flooring. Other than that, they seem to be good.

I’ve spent thousands on tools. This is the rare find of low cost and high utility. It’s better than a third hand when trying to mount items. These really helped to move heavy furniture when we put in new flooring. Once lifted we put casters underneath the piece and easily moved the furniture around the room. Save on the mess and our backs.

Even though I had an issues with using these tge company's Customer service was very good as they helped with my issue which is why I changed my review and rating.These are very hard to use and take a lot of strength and hurt my hands. I had to use a pry bar to lift then jack these up again to hold the item up. However I feel they are very unsafe to use to hold something up for more than a few seconds. Also dangerous because they do not let the item down slowly it is a sudden drop once you hit the release.

Works so good for 1 man things, in face I recently used it to hold up my stand/sit desk while I swapped the legs to casters from Home Depot, did it all my myself & I will say the first time when I was measuring the castor to cut the stud down to size it was a chore alone, I kicked a bottle underneath the leg when i lifted it up!But i will say..... unfortunately the "Slide down" feature doesn't work as a gradual slide down, it will go all the way down as soon as you unlock it, maybe its user error but I've tried everything to make it slow but the really only way would be to either release the leaver as you grab the thing your lifting and slowly and manually lower the object.
