defective product
got the defective product and not getting response from brand after multiple rounds of follow up. not recommended at all

Carrier so called Brand new AC
It was defective since there was no coolingand carrier technician even after there frequent visits and trying to remove defects could not do so and advised to replace this or buy a fresh oneI do want to buy one but very much apprehnsive .Pls tell me solutionA brand new AC of Carrier only speaksthat these are not checked properly before sale and cause BP to customer like me.

Carrier is useless brand
Please don't go for carrier,check some other brand..i bought this AC but the service centers are useless...they don't care for customer.. please go for lg or other brands.
