Very delicate and worked of a month or 2.
Not worth for the price, All other accessories are no use if the main vibration tool itself not working with in 2 months.

Excellent carry case with lots of use for many types of kids. Buy the Z-vibe book, too - has great reproducables for parents for oral motor exercises/games.
