Love it

This kava supplement worked for me in that it made me feel a bit extra relaxed and a with little more of a carefree mentality. However it's important to be aware that this product has St. John's Wort in it, I'm not too sure about the specifics as I'm not a doctor, but I've read that it may have strong effects and/or side effects for some people, and it's not a supplement you should take without knowing what it is. I didn't notice any side effects or anything though.

I've taken kava kava to help me chill out and sleep better so I was interested in all of the other supplements in this. I feel like it has helped my mood, chill out, and have better sleep, but I take several things before bed, so how much this helped, I'm not sure. I'm going to keep taking it as I like the benefits that I get from Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and St. John's Wort as well. The fact that this is a 5 month supply, it's a great value! If you're looking for a good mood helper that is a good value and made in the USA, this is the supplement blend for you.

It's hard to imagine that something that proclaims to help sleep can also improve mental focus, yet this does. I'm continually amazed at how many beneficial herbs there are out there that I have never heard of. Of course, once I started researching Kava Kava, it was popping up everywhere. A coworker takes it along with rhodiola, so when I saw this, I got it with no worry. I already take ashwagandha and know how beneficial it is, and while I believe I am indeed sleeping better, I will need to take this longer to see consistent change. Fortunately, this bottle will last for months!

I was really excited to try this out, came quickly and was sealed. I took it for 3 days and it made me so emotional I was crying at every turn. I did sleep like a rock! As far as shipment and packaging and overall product seems great! Just couldn't personally take it

I was exprcting much more from what I assumed would be a powerhouse supplement, filled with many beneficial herbs and ingredients. Problem is, I don't believe that this pill contains what it is claiming. Kava is supposed to have a numbing sensation on the tongue and when i tried this pill it did not have that, so I know it doesnt have kava, and I don't think it has any of the other ingredients either because I have not noticed any effect. I won't be getting this again.

I do use this supplement because it is a great cost to dosage ratio at a 5 month supply. Only one pill before bedtime and it does aid with my sleep although it is not a sleeping pill. Just sharing how I use it. Recommended.

I take this for relaxation and homing. I found the capsules to be easy to swallow without any unpleasant odor or taste. I like the ingredients list and potency. I haven't noticed any negative side effects or upset stomach.
