Delivery a day early which was greatReally simple to assemble,all tools needed are supplied in package.The main framework of the bike comes already assembled so basically you just have to fix the base,seat,handle bars and display screen.All were easy to fix onto the bike.It’s a really sturdy bike and a great price.I’m a 5ft 9 female and weigh around 10stone 10 pounds.Nice and quiet when spinning.Easy to adjust seat and handle bars.Easy to move around with the wheels on the front base.Only thing I don’t like is the display screen,it’s a bit flimsy and doesn’t hold my phone to well.The monitor works very well and tracks everything.I have purchased a separate phone holder which can be easily fixed to the handle bar frame.All in all I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend

But there are a couple of small issues that stop it from being perfect.🛠 Assembly & Build:Assembly was very straightforward—took under 30 minutes, all the tools included.The frame feels fairly solid and compact, great for smaller spaces.That said, when I'm riding (95kg), there is a slight wobble, especially when pedaling faster or standing for short sprints.🎧 Ride Quality:The magnetic resistance is smooth and silent—absolutely no annoying noise, even during longer sessions.There's a decent range of resistance levels, enough to challenge both of us and easily adjustable.Comfortable seat even after 30+ minute rides, which is a big plus.⚠️ Minor Gripes:The handlebars tend to loosen slightly with repeated use, which means occasional tightening is needed—not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.The base feet could be wider—a larger footprint would really improve stability, especially for heavier users.📊 LCD & Extras:The display is basic but helpful for tracking time, speed, distance, and calories.No fancy app syncing, but that’s not what we were looking for anyway.✅ Final Thoughts:The Kitopa bike offers a very good home workout experience, especially for the price. It's quiet, comfortable, and effective, and works well for both of us. Product was faulty, pedals squeaked. Company gave prompt technical advice and sent replacement pedals but still squeaked so gave speedy refund. They told me they are committed to improving this fault. Hopefully they will as otherwise bike good and customer service was excellent

Fortunately, the support team was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided clear images to assist with the setup.However, I encountered an issue with the electronic monitor itself, but the support team was incredibly helpful and promptly sent a replacement unit. The item was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Putting it together was relatively straightforward although we had an issue right at the end with the saddle. The underneath fixings had been put on the wrong way round. Luckily hubby is an experienced cyclist and managed to sort it out.Bike is working well and I find it very smooth compared to my old bike. My only criticism is the control pad is a bit plasticky, though functions perfectly well. Good value for money, especially as it was on offer. When asked for feedback from the seller, I mentioned the saddle issue and they have refunded me £10 - so good customer service I think.
