Strong
It’s perfect to add to your sleep time routine. I add it to tea with honey and it puts me right to sleep. Doesn’t have a bad taste when mixed in.

The lid leaks. Makes awful smell on my hands
Product works ok. It helps me sleep but I won't buy it again. It's not worth running to the bathroom to wash my hands every night before bed

My first time taking valerian root. I don't sleep well at night so I decided to give this a try and it definitely works. It made me a little groggy in the morning waking up so I cut back on the dosage at first.

While the product info on this website makes no mention of sugar the bottle lists lactose as the 2nd ingredient. Lactose is sugar and this website should state that clearly for people with t2 diabetes.
