Great little device performs as well as much more expensiv pieces. Safe to use if you hate scuffing your knuckles on graters and having to clan garlic off your hands. This was a steal on a liited deal.

My wife loves it

This sliced my garlic bulbs perfectly for the dehydrator. I did have an issue with some slices going under the slide part. I had to put them back in the slicing area and keep going.

It actually works well, but is very cheaply made. The plastic cracked through the second time we used it. A good design, shoddily built.

I was disappointed in the size and cutting power of the item. I placed a few garlic cloves in it and used the grating cutter. The garlics did not cut cleanly and gummed up, the cutters tore the garlic rather than cut it,or grate it. Parts of the garlic them flowed out of the holder on the top. It was hard to clean. I tried a fresh bit of ginger and it closed even worse. I was comparing it to a microplane grater and found that the microplane cutter cut up garlic much cleaner and while the planer jammed a lot less than the item, I was able to clean the microplane cutter easier and gated more easily. I am definitely disappointed and probably shelve the item.

I wanted this for fixing a salad. Works well for cucumber, radish, carrots either sliced or shredded. Stains from the vegetables but that doesn't bother me.
