I was looking to join an EMS facility, but it was super expensive. I chose to try this out before I went that route. It was packaged very nicely and arrived quick. It's also easy to use and looks like it would do a great job over time. If you're looking to try something out before joining a gym to do this on a much higher intensity level, take a chance at this one. You can save a lot of money by doing it at home.

Not worth the money to sit ups as much better I was looking for the easy button and this was definitely not it.

I wanted to buy one like they advertise with the military product but did not want to pay as much. Like everything, you get what you pay for. Arm staps worked great, but stomach did not adhere tight enough to really feel results. I should learn my lesson about trying to save money...Paul

I approached the EMS Muscle Stimulator with skepticism, but I have been curious about this for a very long time now so I finally got it and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I also knew that it is no substitute for a real workout, and a healthy diet is still key, but as a supplement, it works. The device is straightforward and easy to use. The price was right too!! It's definitely worth considering for those looking to complement their workouts.

Even the replacement pads are misery

I've used it on my abs and I've used it on my sore shoulder. I can feel the contraction it's not uncomfortable but it's definitely been helping my shoulder. The ABS are going to take a little time because it's a bigger muscle so I'll see where I'm at with those in a few weeks. Definitely recommend.... there are 19 levels and eight different modes depending on what you need done. Tapping, Kneading, Cupping, Shape Etc

The gel pads will not stay, I've used other stimulators with pads that stayed for hours, these will last maybe 5 min and then you'll need to replace them.
