Q: Can this be used on copper pots and pans regarding toxicity?

I don't know about toxicity- I don't have any copper pots. I use on my decorative copper & main brass. I will say this is a fabulous product! Easy to use (better than Brasso) & gives a great shine. Highly recommend.

Q: How do you open the can?

I have been using Met-all products for years. It is probably the best Brass and Copper cleaner on the market. Unless they have changed the design of the container, it should open easily by using a screw driver around the edge or lip of the can between the copper lid and the aluminum lip of the can and pry the lid open. Should not be a problem.

Q: Is this a paste (consistency of toothpaste or thicker) or a thick liquid?

This is an easy to apply paste.

Q: Can u use this on copper sinks?

I have only used this on antique brass and it works beautifully. I've never polished copper with it- yet - but I do have some and won't hesitate to try.
