These have some good ingredients that's why I got them definitely not for the flavor, they don't have a good flavor. Gummies are a bit tough so not the softest.

Clicked the ‘buy again’ button from my previous order and was sent a lower dosage(830mg). They taste different and have a different shape(new one is a butterfly). The new bottle has half the amount of their herbal blend, the kelp went from 100mg to 40mg. Getting cheap and thought no one would notice. The white cap 1,235 mg taste way better like green apple, the new one has almost no flavor
