Update 2025: I've had this product for more then a year now and it's been one of the worst purchase I've ever made. It's such a capable product but even after more then a year of owning it, the software issues that I reported are still there and I even feel they're making it worst over time. It stops recognizing maps every now and then and you have to remap the whole house again. It gets stuck all the time and those sensors don't really help. Sometimes it can't find it's home station. I'm never buying an Ecovacs product again.I've been using this product for a month now, and I must share my experience:Let me start off by saying that the product excels at cleaning, delivering thorough and efficient performance.However, there's a significant downside - the software. It's riddled with issues that have been a constant source of frustration:1) Despite fitting perfectly under sofas, the robot often refuses to clean under them effectively. Sometimes, it ventures under the sofa only to get stuck in a completely open space, going in circles for what feels like an eternity. I had to set up virtual boundaries just to prevent this annoyance.2) The transition from carpet to hard floors is a nightmare, especially if the carpet is even slightly raised. The robot frequently gets entangled along the carpet edges, turning a simple task into a lengthy ordeal. As an example it takes 20-30 mins more to clean my lounge with carpet compared to when it's cleaned without a carpet.3) The obstacle avoidance system is far from perfect. It's not good at dealing with minor obstacles like pencils or cables.4) The robot cannot go in a straight line parallel to the wall. Instead of navigating smoothly, it often clumsily bumps into walls, only to readjust after an awkward encounter. This is just to show how bad the navigation software is.5) Water consumption is alarmingly high. The water tank depletes when the battery is still at 60%. It uses a lot of water to clean the mop and I believe there should be an option in the application to reduce this usage. The only option available in the application is to make the mop less wet which isn't helpful.6) The app occasionally relocates the charging station on the map, leaving the robot disoriented and confused. This has happened twice in a month, necessitating either a complete house remapping or restoring a backup. For a supposedly fully automated cleaning solution, this is infuriating.What's equally infuriating is the lack of updates. In an entire month, I haven't received a single firmware update. Considering the laundry list of software issues, one would expect prompt and frequent updates. It's either a resource shortage or an alarmingly subpar software development team.I can't help but reminisce about my old Xiaomi robot, which is several years older but still outperforms this Ecovacs robot in terms of options and navigation.I hope the company will take these software issues seriously and address them urgently through updates. These problems, while exasperating, are entirely fixable with proper software improvements.

Excellent robot, I don't have to do much although it does consume plenty of water.

Great vacuum , long lasting battery.Some issues with the app and so times the robot takes time to find the charging dock .

Did extensive research before buying this product and I am not at all disappointed. It does the cleaning job perfectly , especially the hot water mopping leave your floor shiny and clean. Software is amazing with billions of options to choose the exactly what you want it to do.

It works fine but if the robot clean the whole house and there was much hair it get stuck and you need to empty it manual, this happend twice only since I got it.

This robot cleaner is advanced and working great on tiles and wooden floor, I am happy with mopping function as its working so perfect for me. It took some time to save map for first time. Price wise its bit expensive but still cheaper than robrock. Its now one month and i am satisfied with robot

The product is good when it comes to vacuuming, however I have encountered problem after a month use when the mopping feature stopped working and water doesn't dispense, although no detergent used. There is no customer support center in UAE and now I am stuck.
