Works flawlessly!
This charger works great with my Surface Pro 4. I got the device for free, was told it might not even work because the guy never got a charger. I bought this one because of the cheap price and was glad when I saw the device boot up instantly. The cable charges relatively quickly, took about 2 hours for a full charge from zero percent. the magnetic connector is strong and isn't easy to fall off. it only heated up under strain as I was resetting the device, but as soon as it was in regular condition usage it cooled down to room temperature. Very happy with the charger! For this price it can't be beat!

Just like the original!
Works just as well as the original charger. Cord length is the same to my memory, and it appears durable. No noticeable noise or heat.

Excellent product for the price
I have spent 80 dollars for a charger at a computer store. This has a very long charging cable and it works great.

Excellent product and customer service
Gyroor is a wonderful company whose customer service is excellent. I love my hoverboard. I reached out to the company and they handled my inquiry quickly. I’m very satisfied and will continue to shop with them. If you’re thinking about getting anything from them go for it, their products and customer service is excellent!

Charger
Works well and price was cheap. What else do you need to know?

USB port is none functional on mine.
The port for the USB so you can charge off if the laptop charger in example your phone or whatever else doesn't even line up inside I am very disappointed in this product if I would have known sooner I def would have taken it back. Not sure if it's over the time allowed to return it. This is why I try to get the original chargers (name brand) but it is difficult to find the real brand when so many people try to pass their products off as originals.

Definitely worth the small investment to bring my old surface pro back to life. Fits perfect and charged it up fast. One day shipping got it here quick!
