After reading about the benefits of eating sea moss especially when looking for an amino acid supplement, I purchased this sea moss especially since it is wild harvested. After following instructions and rehydrating the sea moss, the sea moss expanded in size, becoming thicker, with a gelatinous texture. I like having the option of choosing when to rehydrate this food so I know it’s fresh when adding it to my smoothies. There is a very mild smell and taste when taking sea moss on its own and I have eaten a spoonful in the morning for a quick boost. Added to my smoothies, I haven’t noticed a change in taste. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of this sea moss and will order again from this company.

I just started making Sea Moss gel for my family. This sea moss does not have a lot of dirt or debris. It was straightforward to clean. It had no coating on it like I've seen from others. The taste and texture were great! Blends into an applesauce consistency. I have made over 50oz of sea moss gel using only .5 ounces of sea moss at a time. No funny smells either.

Here’s how to do it for anyone needing help.•SOAK 1/2 pouch(1oz) (double for full pouch 2oz) in 7 cups of spring water for 12+ hours with fresh lemon/lime.•RINSE with fresh water/strain.•BLEND with 3 cups fresh spring water at high speed for 5 minutes. Applesauce consistency. Adults 1-2 TBSP a day and kids 1 tsp day. Cheers, to this Magic superfood!!

This is a pretty well priced product for Irish Sea moss. Have some of it every day filled with tons of micronutrients really helps with energy and keep from feeling lethargic through the day. Doesn't really taste like anything but you're not eating for the taste. Good health benefits.

This has all the things. Organic, wild harvested, grown in st Lucia. The quality was great and making my own sea moss gel couldn’t have been easier. I soaked it in water with a lime over night then rinsed and blended it with water and my magic bullet and voila! Perfect sea moss to add into my daily smoothies. Made so much a froze most of it

Did not gel! I have great success with other brands but I’m afraid to eat that wouldn’t blend! Terrible!!!
