I had a hard time finding superfine sugar for macarons my daughter has been dying to make. I bought this, and it's super fine and exactly what my recipe called for. The only thing is that a ton of sugar ended up in the bag.

Superfine is exactly as described and dissolves well. This is a nice serving size and easy to use. It’s priced fairly and stayed separate and did not clump as other sugared have done. I think the packaging is perfect!

I've used this in a couple recipies that call for superfine sugar. They all came out great, but every time I had to push lumps through a sieve--which defeats the purpose of the easy pour design. Ok, I thought, time for a rice sachet. I made one up, opened the top, realized there was no way I could get it into the packaging, as cute as it was. This made a lovely smooth pastry cream and rescued my pineapple dough topping, but I think I'd be better off getting a larger/simpler package. Domino's little bottles might be better for cold drinks than baking projects, but then again there's always simple syrup.In short: Good product, inconvenient.
