Great shovel...no back pain.
Great shovel. Handles both wet and dry varieties of snow really well. My only suggestion is to either epoxy or use 3M Fast Cure Adhesive Sealant 5200 the connection points on the handle. This will make it rock solid.Be careful with the 5200. Its difficult to remove from hands, clothing. :-)

Great shovel
Easy to put together and works well. We had a very heavy, heavy snow fall. This handled it great.

light weight and designed to reduce stress on your back
F or a 75 year old it was the ideal shovel. Having back problems of lumbar region it helped reduced the stress in that region. I would recommend to any one.

shovel appears to have a curve
the shovel was okay for the heavy wet snow we had last week, but with the dusting we had yesterday, when pushing it along the driveway, it was only clearing about 4 “ at each edge/end of the shovel bucket. like it was arched up or something. sigh

Long Handle
The long ergonomically shaped handle and large lightweight blade makes shoveling snow quicker and easier. Nice shovel.

Decent Quality, Waiting For Snow
This seems to be of comparable quality compared to all the standard snow shovels you buy. Oddly enough we have not had any amount of snow that required shoveling yet this year so it’s going to have to wait for a trial run. I do have a few observations. This did not assemble as easily as it should. It was a bit fussy getting the holes lined up precisely so you could get the screw and the bolt through the holes on the shaft pieces. At one point I thought I was going to have to get the drill out to ream the holes a bit larger.Secondly once assembled I discovered this is a tall shovel. It measures 58” from the bottom of the blade to the top of the handle. It felt a little awkward to me holding it but the extra length should mean you do not have to bend at the back quite as much. This is about 6” longer than the shovels I have been using. On the positive side the shovel blade is a bit wider and deeper so it will hold more snow than my standard shovels. With the lack of snow I can’t speak to how ergonomic it is to use but I’m sure I will get plenty of opportunity to use it soon. I will report back once I have more info.At the current price point of $49.99 this is considerably more than what I have paid for my other shovels. Nearly twice the cost if I remember correctly. So this shovel will have to be quite the performer to justify the extra cost.

Great shovel blade, lightweight, not too wide, hardware was difficult to put together
This is a great lightweight shovel with a very nice sharp edge, making chipping away at hard packed snow and shovelling easy. The handle is meant to be ergonomic, but it’ll take a while for me to get used to the design. The scoop/blade isn’t very wide, but that’s probably very practical to keep the weight down and easier to move snow without breaking my back. This shovel arrives in 4 parts, the scoop plus 3 pieces of shovel handle, a manual is included and the shovel has stickers showing very clearly how to put the handle together. Hardware is included, but it’s not typical nuts and bolts, I found the hardware very hard to put together and secure the handle. I couldn’t end up doing it myself, I needed my brother to do it for me.
