High Quality, Poor Disclosure – Pump Burned Due to Missing Specs
Great quality product, but critical information missing – buyers beware!Both the pump and the bed are of great quality—no complaints about the build or performance. However, the listing failed to mention a critical detail: the pump runs on 110V 60Hz, which is incompatible with the power supply in the UAE and India.Because this information was not disclosed, I plugged it in and the pump burned out within minutes. Unfortunately, this was only discovered after reading the fine print on the back of the pump after it was already damaged.While I accept some responsibility, this kind of oversight from the seller is unacceptable. If you are purchasing this for use in the UAE or India, you must buy a voltage converter separately.This is a serious miss, and in my opinion, products like this should not be sold in these regions without proper warnings. Great product—but the listing needs to be transparent to avoid costly mistakes.
