Hot air fixed my Stick drift
After a week of trying to fix my ps5 stick drift with just a cheap solder gun this thing did the trick in 2 minutes of blowing. I've been fixing everything with it. Also reheats clogged stiiizy pods like a champ

Nice heat gun
Heats up nicely so I could reduce the shrink tube. With the nozzles are easy to install and help place the heat where I needed it.

A very handy device to carry in that house.

Really good at certain things kind of annoying at others
Things I really like:-- I can select a precise temperature and use the narrow nozzle for spot work like heat-shrink solder connectors.-- It is lightweight-- The fan isn't so strong that it blows everything aroundThings I don't like:-- There is no simple high/low switch or A/B memory, and the up/down button controls are slow. Switching between two different work types is tedious.-- The large exposed hot metal area makes burning yourself easier.-- The power cord is stiff compared to the weight, so if you set it in place the cord-spring will move it.

Works out excellent for localized heating of plastics for shaping.
The overall design of the tool gives it great versatility; it's very well thought out. While it's not a "heat gun" in the sense of heating large areas, it gives you far more control and ease of use. So far, perfect for localized work and super easy to use; I would recommend it.

I wish I would’ve bought one sooner
This thing is awesome. The temperature control and the little time it takes to to get up to temp is amazing. Easy to use, I mainly use it to melt auto electrical splices with the solder already in it.

Don’t waste your money on this.
I made a mistake in buying this. There are no Pros to discuss, I found the following two Cons before I put it back in its box: 1. What I received is nothing close to the highly marked item reviewed by others. It blows hot air with the lung power of 3 packs-a-day smoker on an escalator. And; 2. It did not come with any instructions, but it does have two power on/off points (with Power icons)- one switch and one button- the switch works like a switch does, the button causes a very rapid drop in the 3 digit digital temperature (?) display, from 570 degrees of something to 125 degrees of something.I am tempted to power it up again in hopes that the rapid number drop was this thing actually reversing time- maybe I can undo my purchase of this thing.

Good and hot!
Tried a small battery gun before this, it never got hot enough to melt solder effectively. This one jams! Good heat, easy controls and easy to handle. It's a bit bigger than I wanted but it works.
