Good dosage size
Now brands is known to use quality ingredients so I trust it. Really like the 1,000mg dose size as it makes it much easier to take two tablets instead of four. Not much else to say. It's taurine...

Since I started taking this product, I was able to stop taking all of my prescription medication. This only thing I have a problem with is the pill is big and sometimes I have issues swallowing it. But I have have using this daily for about 6 months, and I have energy and feel great.

Big Tablets
These tablets are huge. I can get them down but I know some of my family would have difficulty .

Ensure you are wanting tablets versus capsules before ordering
These are okay. There are a bunch of added ingredients that don't actually seem necessary other than keeping it in tablet form. In the future, I will go with capsules

Rheumatoid Arthritis pain has lessened
Seems to be helping in only 1 day of taking these for rheumatoid arthritis joint pain. Joint pain has been noticeably less Andrew only 1 day. Wow seems too good to be true. Taking lots of other supplements for a long time for joint pain but the day after I started TMG my fingers bent better and swelling was down in ankles. About a week out on this product and pain is still significantly less. Hope this trend keeps up.
