This mask would be fantastic--my sister tried it out for me and had great results for her skin. That being said, I pointed out that parfum and polysorbate are not recommended ingredients from the EWG. Parfum could be any number of unknown chemicals. She realized that but doesn't mind as she doesn't have any immediate effects on her skin. I have sensitive skin so can't use those ingredients, but I'm even more concerned about the longterm effects. Look it up and decide for yourself. I wouldn't purchase again.

-On the side of the bottle and the box it specifically says do not rinse.....but on the description of the product online it says apply to clean face and wash off.-It goes on nice like a lotion not necessarily a mask....so for my 1st time using it I didn't rinse it off. I have sensitive skin and so far it has not bothered me. Next time I will rinse it off and see if there is a difference.-I was unaware that I needed a special device to apply this; once you receive the product it clearly shows on the bottom corner of the box the device this goes with but I feel like this is sold as a mask without stating clearly that you need the device.-I have a similar device and it worked well with it-I just didn't use the included pads.-Overall it seems like a good product but I am still not sure if it is supposed to be a cleansing mask or a hydrating lotion.

He ad was very confusing. Once the cream arrived it was clear that you need their appliance to use ur with. It came with cotton pads and shows that in the ad which was what confused me. I have been using alone and it is moisturizing.

It does state it needs a machine to be used. I don't have it but I do use it alone and it is a creamy white texture. The cream of the mask got absorbed well into my skin but I did steam my face before using it. It does come with some face pads and I use them to wash it off after around 20 minutes of it being on my skin. It does feel very cool to the touch and this product was never tested by animals.Although it is a good mask, it states that using it with the device gives its full potential. I feel that the thermo device should have been included with the mask because upon getting the item I never knew it required a device.

I was surprised that all of the directions tell you to use the Sonic Warm and Cool Mask to apply it, which is an expensive piece of beauty equipment. You can also apply and remove in the normal way. This works well, and it is hydrating. Since it says right on the front of the box to "Use Only With" and then shows a photo of their proprietary appliance, I feel they should make more of a point of needing the appliance to use this. Very confusing. It comes with some cotton pads.
