I have been using this device since 10 days for 20 to 30min everyday, and I see significant changes in my thighs shape and size, more toned, less heavy, I see softness in my waist compared to earlier. I see visible difference in the appearances of waist and thighs and felt lightness in the body weight. In the long run I hope to see more difference in size.
