Great Hydration Product
I bought these right after my son was diagnosed with POTS. He is a competitive soccer player so we needed something has good ingredients, high salt levels and easy to use on the road and when we are apart. The taste is amazing; the texture is good, dissolves completely, and quickly. Love the quality of these hydration packs and they have given my son his health and energy back.

Love all the flavors so I always pick the variety pack!
All time favorite electrolytes! I use them everyday and make sure I never run out. They have great flavors and do t taste terriblly salty like other brands. Plus I love everything Keto Chow and have been using their products for about 5 years and recommend them to whoever I can.

Love from your carnivore girl!
I have been on carnivore for 108 days, with it I need the extra potassium and magnesium SALTT offers!I have been finding them tasty, for the exception of the Carmel and cocoa flavors (totally a preference thing) - the fruit flavors blend nicely with the salt taste and I plan on buying more when this pack runs out

No more variety packs from here
My wife and I picked up this SALTT Electrolyte Powder Variety Pack to use during our workouts, hoping it would help us stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes after intense sessions. We liked that it’s zero-sugar, gluten-free, and packed with essentials like magnesium, potassium, and sodium—perfect for supporting hydration without the junk you find in some sports drinks. The 30-packet variety pack seemed like a great way to try different flavors and keep things interesting. Some of the flavors were a hit for us, especially the lighter, fruitier ones like the citrus and berry. They mix well in about 16 oz of water, dissolve smoothly with no chalky residue, and give a refreshing boost during and after our workouts. Those flavors helped us power through sweaty sessions without feeling overly sweet or heavy, which we appreciated since we’re trying to keep things clean. That said, we were really disappointed with three of the flavors, particularly the caramel and chocolate ones. The caramel tasted artificial and way too sweet, while the chocolate had a strange, almost bitter aftertaste that made it undrinkable—we both couldn’t finish those. The third flavor we didn’t like was just bland and uninspiring, like it couldn’t decide what it wanted to be. We ended up tossing those packets, which felt like a waste.Overall, the concept is solid, and the good flavors do their job for hydration during workouts, but the inconsistent taste across the variety pack is a letdown. We might give SALTT another shot, but we’d probably go for a single-flavor pack of one of the better ones next time. If you’re looking for an electrolyte mix, this might work, but be prepared to dislike a few flavors in the mix.

Not salty
I actually HATE the taste of salt. I have tried so many electrolytes and this one so far has been my favorite.

SALTT helps!
I just recently tried this product and it is delicious and does not raise my blood sugar one bit. Useful in replacing electrolytes and adding electrolytes on a carnivore diet. Fast shipping. Helps me sleep like a baby. Excellent product.

Some folks may have adverse effects
I have a medical condition that requires a lot of salt intake and hydration. I gave this a shot two different times and both ended up with moderate gut issues and severe diarrhea which worsen my medical condition and left me sick for days. I'm not sure how much they put in these but stevia will actually worsen dehydration in large amounts and magnesium chloride can also cause diarrhea in some folks. Just fyi. I've never had issues with lmnt or venture pal but went with these for the price drop and regret it lol good luck out there

Some flavors are good other definitely not
I decided to try SALTT after using LMNT for a while and finding out about their less than honest disclosure of their use of maltodextrin. I like SALTT but I’m not a fan of the variety pack. All the fruity/citrusy flavors were good. The caramel one was just gross and I didn’t care for the Clean Slate one either. I’ll continue to get SALTT but will order individual flavors. I wish they’d have a Citrusy variety pack.
