We have been taking this product over 10-13 years and rely on this to keep our good health. We diluted in a bottle water, only need is a teaspoon in a bottle water. and take a sip from that daily, only sip I take, and my husband take a few more sips. Product is tasteless and I pour in my tea some time (Diluted water ).It is a supplement. So far, we have no side effect but just want to make sure everyone is different.
