These height insoles are good quality. My son loves the adjustable sole height, finding them comfortable for full-day wear. I'm using insoles since 6 years now. These things are amazing as it helps to gain confidence. The only issue is the compatibility of the product with your feet. After using 10s of such products. I have found this insole to be the most comfortable one. The only problem with these insoles is, these insoles get degraded after 6-7 months of use. And that is quite not a good thing. Atleast these insoles should last for a year or two

Approx inches height your can increase after wearing this comfortable sole.It's so effective and easy to use.Value for money
