I am super impressed by these leashes I got 2 one for my 67 pound and one for my 130 pound dog... they give them some leeway and do stretch over time which but that's what they are advertised as being 4 to 6 feet ... when my dogs see a squirrel or a rabbit or a cat they want to chase and this doesn't just bind them up and gives them some room... it can be weird at first if your not used to a shock absorbing leash but once you figure out how it works it is just fine... I was going to get ones that were more than twice the cost but figured I'd give these a try and I am happy that I did... the clasps is solid and attaches really easily and same with removing it... it is nice and secure ... the traffic leash is nice but with 2 dogs is alot harder to use but that would be with any leash since it is further down but it is super easy to use when it is just one dog... the only reason I got another one is because my one dog likes to bite the leash when we go for W's and that is over a years worth of him doing that and it is a bit ripped but I could still use it just fine I just worry that one day it may break and he might get loose but I wouldn't even worry on my other dog since he doesn't pull to go after any animal and he is the bigger dog.. the tiny dog is so strong but I am just being paranoid... I recommend these leashes as I have pmput them to the test and have gone through thick woods to urban areas in all kinds of weather and they just keep going and going... these leashes have helped them not get bound up and pull on their harnesses which seems to me that it doesn't cause the discomfort a traditional leash can have ... I don't see any flaws on these leashes and trust them 100% ... I wouldn't even have replaced that one but I did out of paranoia but hey I have an extra .. the new one will need some stretching to get to the optimal length for my one dog and my other had his perfect length but he doesn't bite his leash... the paranoid is strong and has held up and I use them multiple times a day ... if your looking for a great anti shock leash that is made to last then you should definitely buy one of these... I hope this helps give anyone a better idea of what these leashes are capable of...

We like the length and little bit of stretch in the leash. Keeps you from getting your shoulder pulled out of your socket. Great value for our corso. It's very easy and comfortable for my wife to walk the dog as she can react before full extension. Been about 2 months and showing no signs of wear.

This is a fantastic leash to teach heel position to a dog (alongside the optional separatly bought prong collar) . The middle stretches comfortably so that my dog understands they're on "break" and can sniff without worry. It can be gathered up with ease to the second loop with one hand to get a dog into heel.It's durable and that's saying something since my dog was leash reactive with a high prey drive. Worth the money. Only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is to line the "handle" with a soft material so that the dog walker's hand isn't friction burned from a reactive dog.

Great leash at a great price. Perfect length with a little stretch if needed for my 35 pound Doodle, I love the clasp, which is so great for anyone with arthritis in their hands. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Wow!! I will admit, my expectations were already high, but this leash still exceeded my expectations! Most of the line is elastic, allowing plenty of room for give when walking, the clip is very easy to use, and super strong! One of the features that makes this leash unique is the clip for car rides! I can now secure my German Shepard into the back seat, making me confident that she is riding safe. The give from the elastic makes her still be able to comfortably span the whole back seat, but not come all the way to the front passenger seat. Beautiful design, and 100% built to last!

This leash is the only one to buy. This is the second one that I have purchased because I got another dog. I have very large Dobermans and this leash gives me the peace of mind when I am walking them. I have had other leashes that separated from the collar giving a chance for the dog to get loose. Not with this leash, it locks onto the collar and will not separate keeping your dog safe. The design of this leash is just perfect, from the locking and staying to both of the handles. You can give the dog lead distance or keep them closer to you with the second shorter handle. I highly recommend this leash; it is the best I have ever owned.
