This is a pack of 60 multivitamin capsules for men and women.Each capsule will apparently give you a boost to your immune system and supports healthy ageing and also eye health.On opening the tub it is sealed which is a nice indicator it has not been tampered with.Inside is a large cotton pad to stop all the pills rattling around and also a moisture absorption pad.The pills are quite large and their aroma is not exactly pleasant although I find most things that are healthy for you are never that pleasant.There were no issues taking the pills with a drink or after effects and I have only taken them for a few days now and hope they will assist with my health.Overall this is a reasonably priced multivitamin pack for men and women that supports key attributes for daily healthy living.

The tablets have got a strange smell about them, and an even worse taste.The directions tell you to take one twice a day - not sure why you can't just take two once a day. It's also a bit strange you have to take them with lukewarm water.So I had taken them for two days and I have never taken them again. I had the worst wind, and I could not stomach the taste of them.I have gone back to taking separate vitamins and probiotics.
