Item arrived well before due date.It was well packaged and is in mint condition.There was a charger and cable included in the package, and both work fine.The phone itself looks brand new. There's isn't a single scratch or mark on it.The processing speeds are first rate. I have never known a phone download at over 750Mbs, but this one does with ease over my home WiFi.The battery life is enough for one day of good use.And although the front camera appears as a black dot on the screen, this is easily removed through the settings, and a black bar is put across the screen to cover the cameras location.Personally it doesn't bother me in the slightest.The AI is good fun to use. And it really is intelligent.The first time I used it was to create some wallpaper and screen saver.The possibilities are vast and it's fun to use.The screen of the phone is edge to edge, so it's perfect for me.And the camera takes fantastic shots in all light conditions.I am very happy with my purchase. It looks brand new, and works perfectly like a new phone.I am well pleased with my order

Wasn't sure what to expect being a refurb , but phone appeared brand new - worked as described and packaged well. Great value for money.

Not happy with my purchase at all, it was classed as excellent condition, it arrived in a brown box with no protection, scratches on the frame, it has clearly been repaired as the back is scratched too and also there is some kind of glue residue where the back cover has been re attached. The speaker has static andnalso when making and receiving calls, its very difficult tonhear. They requested i send my phone back, logged out of my Gmail account and locked, duento personal and private documents I can't send the phone, as i have not got a spare phone to use

Took me a whole day to get it sorted. After a few days I was getting used to it. But sometimes did what it wanted to not what I wanted. This went on for a few days until I gave up. I decided it wasn't for me and arranged to return it. I've now returned to my Note10+5g. I find this better for me.

Fantastic phone. More cosmetic damage than I anticipated for a product toted as "excellent" condition, but aside from that, I truly cannot complain.It's been an amazing piece of kit for me as a creator and I fully recommend the model to other visual artists and animators!
