I was concerned about this product killing red wasps, which in Central Texas are terrible. Hung the trap out on the end of a gutter and within 2 days has attracted and drowned many red wasps. So I am pleased so far with this. I am ordering a second one for our back yard, in hopes it will help with keeping the red wasps around and in our pool away. The are a terrible nuisance in the pool area. Having a hard time killing the wasps landing in the pool for a drink, I usually use the spray hose to push them into the skimmer. They really are a nuisance in the pool!!

This is probably my favorite wasp spray. It foams up a little and has good pressure so you can spray it on to high points around the house... but this isn't the best feature.This spray doesn't immediately kill on contact. No. You spray them, and the wasp will become coated. What occurs next, I can only hope, is the most agonizing 3 - 5 minutes of that wasp's life. It will writhe. It will try to crawl. The satisfying *thunk* when it finally drops and lands on the pavement only to continue to twitch and struggle to survive as it's wasp systems begin shutting down. This is the true chef's kiss of this formula. If they made it more potent, I would like it less. If the manufacturer could find a way to induce even more pain into the wasps, I'd give the product 6 stars.

Bought 2 containers to set out by back patio. We get a lot of wasps in the summer. (I use quite a bit of hornet spray) As my husband is allergic to bee venom. And now with small grandchildren coming over, I was really hopeful this would mitigate the danger of stings. Followed the directions, mixing the products and hanging at least 4 feet high. (Smells like beer and yeast). Product states it lasts 3-4 weeks or until contain is full of insects.I have used this product for 6 weeks total with this refill starting the 4th week. The first product caught only a few gnats and couple of house flies....absolutely Zero (0) wasps/bees/hornets! This refill was on track to do the same...however, before I could remove and throw away it did attract some raccoons -- they climbed up to the eaves, pulled down the containers and tore them apart to get at the liquid inside. (So I guess they attracted "pests" after all).It was a great idea ... Just does not work. Hope they can refine this and have a working product in the future.

This product worked VERY WELL in capturing bees and wasps. Within 24 hours, more than a dozen wasps and yellow jackets were captured. The instructions were clear and the assembly was easy. I would recommend purchasing this product if you are attempting to limit the number of wasps or bees within your immediate surroundings. It is durable, simple to assemble, and effective.

Kills by shooting thick foam out a long distance like Spiderman. I feel safer standing a distance and firing off before slamming the patio door shut. I like how the foam covers them and they struggle to get loose and die.I do think the quantity is lacking. After 5 or so uses its empty and all you need is 1 or 2 shots. There is no strong smell and so it seems safe. In terms of the spray effectiveness, long term it's lacking. Kills on contact but the wasps seems to return to the same area constantly. This tells me the spray does not have the lasting effect where if the wasps returns to a spot previously sprayed, they would die on contact. You have to spray them again.They next day or a couple days after spraying like crazy, they are crawling along the patio beam again.These are large red and black wasps and I find them aggressive and we cannot enjoy our patio space. I hope to find something that not only kills them but creates a barrier that lasts at least a month or so. Otherwise for immediate effect this is it.

Shoots far, it's pretty easy to use, good product and value for your money, comes out pretty fast so be careful spraying it upwards

Holy crap, this works! I was super skeptical at first, but damn. If it's a little "slow" to start catching the wasps, so to speak. Put a paper plate beneath it (set it all on a table) and add a little brown sugar to the plate, they'll go nuts. They say this will last 30 days? Um... no. I have to throw out the bowl full of dead wasps and replenish it 10 days in which is FANTASTIC.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. I followed the directions to the t and left it out there for about 10 days. We have a bad wasp problem in our backyard and I was so tired of getting stung. I found this online and figured I'd give it a shot. Well lo and behold they pulled the fast one over me. After 10 days of going to check on the trap all that I came to find were a whole bunch of gnats. Not one single wasp or even a yellow jacket. Not to mention the smell which I can understand considering maybe that's what attracts the WASP or yellow jackets. But just be warned this does not work at all. Buyer beware and sure enough they got me. Hopefully they dont get you as well.
