I really love this stuff. I mix it with a few other unflavored supplement powders and just add flavored electrolytes to make it taste great. Seems to work as advertised. I actually put it in my coffee in the morning vice use it in a pre-workout drink. The heat dissolves it. I have put it in gatorade and water. The colder the liquid, the longer it takes to get it to dissolve. Regardless, I can tell when I forget to use it. I started taking this after a friend of mine, who is very into competitive cross-fit, recommended it. I like it because it doesn't cause bloating. I take it daily. And I have tried other versions. Just remember, creatine causes your body to make protein so don't take this with protein powder/drinks because it will impede your body's ability absorption of the creatine (got that point from my same friend).

I take a scoop every morning. Dissolves easily into your beverage of choice, seems like a great quality, although I’m no expert. No after taste and great value.

No stomach issues and love that it’s vegan! Creatine supplements have been hit and miss for me as far as whether I have stomach upset or not. This one has been great, no problems and more energy. I think it does seem to have issues fully dissolving but I just make sure to keep stirring as I’m drinking. No taste at all which makes it easy to mix with any liquid.

This stuff works amazingly. Muscle soreness decreased significantly. Dissolving was eh, most time stuff would settle at the bottle. The reason why I took one star away is because (for me) water retention was absolutely awful. I was hoping after taking it for over a month, it would resolve but sadly it didn’t. A couple days after I stopped taking it, the water retention was gone. Unfortunately I did stop taking it but other than that, it works great.

No complaints, seems to work as well as any creatine without any extra fillers or anything. No flavor that I could taste.

Ascent is an excellent name for fitness enthusiasts. They make clean products that work. Period. Not only do I use the creative but I also swear by their protein. It’s easy to digest and mixes well with water. If you’re looking for good products, Ascent is top notch. Plus the price I paid was the best I have ever seen.
