I’ve tried a lot of high protein, low calorie meal items and this one is an absolute favorite. I think I’ve ordered it 10 times since I’ve been on my diet. The flavor is really good - a lot like Lipton cup of noodles to be honest - the texture is great, and the protein makes for a very satisfying meal. I don’t know how they put the protein in here (there aren’t any chunks of soy protein) but it definitely has protein. I can tell because of how I feel after I eat it. Great for on the go. Sometimes I have this and a piece of fruit or salad for lunch or, on days when I seem to have the munchies, this makes for a very satisfying, low-calorie snack. I wish it had more noodles, but I suppose there are enough to be satisfying. You do get a few noodles with every spoonful down to the end. Usually I put it in a coffee cup and sip it, swirling occasionally to keep the noodles mixed in. One tip: you do need to stir it a few times while you’re letting it sit in the hot water, or else it forms a crust on top and the noodles don’t rehydrate. If you stir it a few times the noodles will rehydrate very well.

I have been purchasing this chicken noodle soup for over 10 years! Love it , great for a low calorie high protein snack also for fast dinner , just add a salad.

I bought this soup as an alternative to a different health plan I have done in the past. I love the taste and how easy it is to make. I eat this soup daily for lunch at work. The price is also great!

Great taste an easy to carry for traveling, etc.

Reminds me of the old Lipton chicken noodle soup packets I used to get. I like the taste, and it satisfies me.
