It's a nice smooth stick with rubber ends. I bought it because it's shorter than a staff but longer than a jo. I'm tall but works well inside for practicing most staff moves and is long enough to help me stretch too. I would not use it for banging with any other weapons. I would definitely recommend this for what I use it for.

I love the look and the slightly extra weight. I use for both Pilates reformer and for stick exercises.

I love the weight of this. It feels good. Used to do back stretch/deep lunges and balancing. But I think it gave me a splinter, hand caught on something. so I will pick up some sand paper and go over it. But like I said, height, weight is perfect and it is a solid tool for someone who needs to balance or use to get some leverage in a stretch.
