the day we bought this, one of the anchors tore off just by pulling it to shift the angle of the bounce house, this left a good size hole in the bounce house. we were extremely disappointed until we reached out to return this and the customer service was amazing! they responded quickly and went over and beyond to make it right. We have not had any other weak areas and it has lasted for the past month with no other damages and with multiple kids playing on it.Other great things about this is it can fit in our spare bedroom, take down and setup is super easy! it folds up tightly and easy to travel with. We have joked that this has been our best babysitter for the kids cause they have spent hours just playing on it.

I bought this for her birthday party and it was a hit !!!! Now we pull it out every weekend it good material and easy to store we sometime just relax amd read books with baskets I fit in it wil.no problems I weigh 155 so it's vary durable I definitely recommend

If you think about rent for your kids' party, just buy this one!!Kids were so happy, used by 6 kids (yes I know, max for 4) but nothing happened. Some kids jumps, other use slide... Highly recommend.
