Did what I needed it to do. When using in OBS, the audio in the preview is out of sync, but in the actual recorded video, the audio appears to be in sync. Picture quality is great as well.

Sounds like a dumb thing to say but this product works. It works very well.I bought this to replace my El Gato HD60+ because occasionally the El Gato stops capturing sound for whatever reason.In addition to having flawless sound so far (after about a month of use) it's also capable of capturing up to 4k video. For the features and price point this product is a huge upgrade from the El Gato HD60+ and my top recommendation for capture cards at the moment.

I am going to give this 3 stars all together and to be honest, it can only go down from there...PS: This is Mac OS dependent.1. Easy hook up from switch 2 to macbook pro.2. Works but read on3. Not easy to get it to work but seems that once you get it going it works.Now, the issues. Its software. Genki Arcade, from the website, did not work, could not get it to work, and is stupid. I like the idea of what it "can do", but it didn't work. I reset macbook pro (m4 max pro) multiple times. I did get something to work in OBS but I just want a passthrough. Here was my vision:Attach my switch 2 to play on my macbook pro and use the vision pro to play games on an infinite size oled screen.OBS had way too many frame rate issues and was not working. Did I return this? No...BUT this is why.In "apps" section of your macbook, Genki has an app, and yes, that worked beautifully. This was the only way I could get things to work correctly. Frame rates and latency was not an issue. I thought about doing 4 stars but this is a frequently returned item, and I would say it's because of software. Make it easy. My oldest son said he'd already return it instead of spending 3 hours to figure it out.The setup is very clean on the desk. Has 3 light functions to let you know. If you get orange and you have everything approved for caputure, obs will work, but try something else. OBS also limits so much compared to Genki app. 4k 60 works great. 2k 120 works VERY GOOD!!Setup: 49" Oled Monitor, Macbook Pro with M4 Max Pro chip, 128gb of ram, newest update from apple OS.
