This massager is everything I have dreamed of when it comes to a neck/back massager. The design feels like you’re receiving a real massage from someone with thumbs! It actually provides pain/tension relief while being comfortable. To be honest, I couldn’t wait, so I used it right out of the box and multiple times since then (including on my lower back) and the battery life is still going strong. It’s amazing that it is it portable and rechargeable so you can use it wherever you want. The arm straps help it feel even more comfortable while adding pressure to all of the right places!I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an affordable and easy to use neck massager that actually provides relief! The first time I finished using it, I could feel a wave of tension release from my shoulders and neck. Don’t second guess if you need this because you absolutely do!!!

This neck massager with its "fingers" is different from those that just have the mechanism of going round and round. These fingers feel great! It heats up quickly. Determining the green/low and yellow/medium heat settings are a challenge as the medium "yellow" is more green than yellow and pretty much matches the green color of the low setting. The red/high heat setting is very noticeable.While this is portable and rechargeable, it could benefit from an increase in power to achieve a deeper massage especially if you are a more muscular person. Pulling down harder on the hand straps to get a deeper massage puts strain on the motor causing it to move very slow. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase and find it relaxing and therapeutic.Quality and comfort are present in the materials.

This neck and shoulder massager is just what I need before and after work. First you have to charge it. Took about 2 to 3 hours. When I first tried it on, it took me a little while to put it on right, but after loosening the back strap, it went on easy. The controls are on the right strap, making easy to change the modes. It has 2 different modes for the massaging, and can be slow or fast. The heat has high, low, and off. It stays on for only 10 minutes, but you can let it cool for 15minutes, then use it again. Because it is wireless while using it, you can walk around if you want. It shows using it on your lower back too. I've only done this a couple times, but that feels good too. You can put your arms through the straps, or hold them with your hands, to put more pressure for massaging on your neck. I think it's a good price for a good massage everyday.

Not very strong, but going to keep it. It does heat up nicely and that adds to the comfort. I LOVE that it's wireless and on 1 charge I get 3 or more days.

This massager is exactly what I needed! I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, especially after long hours at my desk. The combination of the deep kneading & heat help me relax.I appreciate the cordless design- I have another Snailax massager that I really like but you have to plug it in so I like that I can move this around more. The adjustable straps also make it easy to position where I need it.It's easy to charge- just plug it in like in the picture and switch it out with your phone charger. If you're looking for a gift for a remote worker or for yourself, this is great!

This was not intuitive coming out of the box--the straps that go around your arms are sewn on in an odd position (ultimately I ended up not even needing to use them), there is a belt that isn't shown in the diagrams in the manual so I didn't know which side the belt should be on, or how to put it on! Fortunately, I saw others reviewers had the same issue but were happy once they figured it out-- about 10 minutes of frustration later, I finally think I have it on correctly and boy is this thing strong!! 🤯I really like that it is portable so I can wear it while doing other chores (rather than being tethered to one spot). It only runs for 10 minutes but honestly, it's so strong you probably want to take a break between massages! It can run fast or slow, but I like the slow better because it feels deeper on my muscles.It turns on with slow speed and high heat, and then you can adjust those settings as needed. Honestly it was so hot I turned the heat off completely during my first wear, and I usually like heat! 😅It came with the USBC cable but it didn't come with the wall plug, so I have to provide my own brick for it. It had to charge before first use (which is fine but I really like when I can just use things straight away out of the box).This is definitely a niche item (for years I've just used a handheld massager but that puts stress on my hands!) that I'm grateful to have found! I think it'll help a lot with my tension and stress buildup in my neck and shoulders, and now that I've figured out how to wear it, I feel really good about it! I think a lot of people probably get frustrated and return it because they can figure out how to put it on correctly 😅🙏💕Tldr; take the time to get it positioned correctly and it is worth the investment! Maybe they will release one with a longer battery life next? Also, maybe make a video showing how to put this on, to save stress on future customers?
